Dear Members of the IWSS,

Please find attached the proposed amendments to the society’s Constitutions, By-laws and Manual of Operating Procedures (MOP).

The main purpose of this amendment is to have two new officers, Officer of Communication and Outreach (OCO) to improve our communication with members and weed science related bodies and Officer of Engagement and Endowment (OEE) for better fund raising to support our activities. 

We kindly ask that you review these documents at your earliest convenience and vote using the below Google form no late than March 16, 2026.
